art, and 12 tubes. I've combined my tag with Animation 426, also from
Sophisticat Simone. You can make the tag with or without animation, but
the animation is an easy one. Everything you'll need is in the tut!
This one is a brand new tutorial for some summer fun! It combines a
super cute PTU kit from Savage Dezines called On The Beach, and a FTU
